1. Donations Donations made to generally non-refundable. However, if you made a donation in error or believe there has been a mistake, please contact us within 24 hrs of the transaction. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
2. Digital Products/Services Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., downloadable materials, access to online resources, memberships), all sales are final and non-refundable. Please contact us before purchase if you have any questions or need clarification.
3. Physical Products If your purchase involves physical goods, we accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions: Return request is made within 3 days of receiving the item. The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Event Registrations If you register for a paid event and cannot attend: Cancellations made at least 15 days before the event may be eligible for a full or partial refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the event, or for no-shows.
